This is a great and impressive 3 stack sliding door bookcase or display case . Manufactured by the Danner Co. of Canton Ohio (see original label). This is an unusual Danner bookcase in that it has 2 full stacks and one stack which is both taller and deeper (stepback style) than the other two----very functional piece. Finally the unit has a pullout shelf between the bottom and middle unit to rest a book on while using it. Quite a rare Danner bookcase. Quartered oak stacking case (similar to barrister bookcases in the 'stacking' idea). Three adjustable shelves and all original wavy glass. Sculptured base and top. Five interlocking pieces in all (the 3 sections plus the base and top). We have refinished this piece---if you are familiar with our work you know this piece is excellent in both color and finish. Very functional piece at 37 inches wide x 82 high x 13.5 (sculptured portion) deep.
