Using the word unique is too common in the antique business. These pair of building finials though qualify as unique I think. Approximately 106 inches tall (almost 9 feet)! Super neat pair of weathered pine (or cedar?) about 20 1/2 inches square at base. I was told these were from a hospital or office building. Have been completely disassembled and stripped of the old paint and now reassembled with just the residue of undercoat left. They are ready to repaint now if you so desire or just leave as is. Note the nice detail work in each graduated area; the two size balls are especially striking. Also would be great in a garden setting. Am selling them as a pair. I have been selling antique architectural building pieces for over 40 years and have never seen this size finials.
